Before joining DATASKILL, Hamade held senior positions with RampRate where he was instrumental in helping them achieve being #2 ITO Sourcing Advisory Ranking, DHR International and Grafton Executive Search. He served 7+ years in the Marine Corps Reserves. He is a graduate of Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, where he received a bachelor's of science degree in criminal justice, and also completed course work for a master's degree in criminal justice. Hamade is a member of the Human Capital Institute, Business Week Advisory Board, Society for Human Resource Management, Main Street Angel, and the prestigious Madison Who's Who.
